We will exchange full price merchandise within 14 days of the ship date in original packaging. 

 

On receipt of the merchandise, please email customerservice@chercoulter.com with a full description of the items you are returning (including size, colorway and style code). Please note the same details of the replacement item you require in your email and include your return postage details and tracking number (we suggest a tracked insured service as proof of return as only items received will be exchanged).

 

We cannot guarantee availability of the replacement item. If the item is available, you will receive an email notification to confirm delivery details. If the item is not available you have the option of requesting an alternative item or you will be put on a waiting list until the item is available.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Our merchandise is stringently monitored and quality controlled but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customerservice@chercoulter.com within 14 days. Please give a full description of the garment (including size, colorway and style code) and a photo of the defect and we will send out a replacement item/s within the times specified in our shipping policy and we will cover the shipping costs. If the item is available, you will receive an email notification to confirm delivery details. If the item is not available you have the option of requesting an alternative item or you will be put on a waiting list until the item is available.
